• Getting help from Flamingo, and what to includeSign in, then use Contact support in the help centre. The form asks for your name, email, a subject and a description. You get a ticket number as soon as the ticket is created, and every update comes by email from support@hireflamingo.com.
• Something went wrong — what to doIf you hit an unexpected error, try again — most errors are temporary. If it keeps happening, copy the Trace ID shown on the error and include it when you contact support so we can find exactly what went wrong.
• What time zone are dates and times shown in?Dates and times in the app are shown in your own device’s time zone — the one set on your computer or phone. Times are stored centrally and converted to your local time automatically, so two people in different time zones each see the same event at their own local time.
• Why can’t I do this? Access and permission errorsIf you see “You don’t have permission,” your account’s role doesn’t include access to that page or action. Permissions are set by your organization’s admin — ask them to grant the access you need.
• Why won’t my form save?If a form won’t submit and you see “The data provided is invalid,” one or more fields didn’t pass validation. Look for the highlighted fields and their error messages, fix them, and try again.
• You’ve been logged out or your session expiredFor your security, sessions time out after a period of inactivity. If you see “Your session has expired,” just log in again to pick up where you left off.
